Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they generally fall under a “non-returnable” category. However, we want every customer at LearnerGrowth to feel confident in their purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund:

  • Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted or does not function as described, and our support team cannot fix it, a full refund will be issued.

  • Action-Based Refund: If you can show that you implemented the strategies or used the templates provided and did not see the promised value within 30 days, we will honor a refund request.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the second transaction immediately.
